For all other returns and exchanges, we ask that the customer covers shipping costs. Please make sure that you want the item before hitting ‘place order’. If you’re not sure about the specific clip you need for your knife, please email us - we’re happy to help.
Please pack the returned items securely in a shipping box so that they are not damaged during transport. Please include a copy of your completed form in the package(you will receive an email with a printable PDF) and as many specific details regarding your request as possible. Once received, we'll email you an invoice for the actual shipping cost to send a new replacement/exchange product back to you. Used apparel, wallets, notebooks, or like gear are not eligible for return/refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
