Departing from the framelock design, this edition embraces the liner lock, offering enhanced accessibility and a more seamless style with scales adorning both sides.Note: The
brass scales on this knife will patina over time and some oxidation may
already have occurred while the knife is in the box. GM tried to
eliminate as much plastic from their packaging as possible and the cotton
bags they use instead are not airtight. When brass gets in contact with
air, oxidation will happen and patina on the metals surface starts to
happen. All in all; if you don’t like patina on your brass scales,
this may not be the knife for you! 🐭
Named after the historic local dive bar in East Lansing, Michigan that the GM CEO used to frequent in the 80's, the Riv promises to be more than just a knife; it's a compact, dependable tool.
